Hi, I’m Bassam Elzayn, founder of the firm.
I work with individuals and business owners at every stage, from those just starting a side gig with little financial knowledge, to established companies seeking high-level strategic and fractional CFO support.

My background spans banking, mortgages, executive leadership, and accounting. I began my career in banking, developing expertise in credit analysis, financial systems, and risk assessment — gaining insight into how financial institutions evaluate businesses. I later worked in the mortgage industry, helping clients navigate financing decisions and understand how structure and cash flow impact long-term growth.
I also served as CFO and Director of Operations for a multi-division company operating across distribution, manufacturing, car brokering, aftermarket automotive products, and service-based installations. In that role, I oversaw financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance across multiple revenue streams.
That combination of experience allows me to meet clients where they are — whether they need foundational guidance or executive-level financial strategy.
Today, I operate as a boutique accounting firm providing a one-stop shop for accounting services, offering personalized, hands-on support without the bureaucracy of a large firm.
